Entrepreneurship is a lifestyle. It’s a way of creative living to bring about the vision God has given us while taking risks everyday. Yes, we count the cost, but isn’t that what makes us driven leaders?
To be successful, the number one thing we need is: accountability. How will we ever know if we have arrived at our goal? Do we know the steps we need to take in a certain amount of time? What kind of time frame do we allow ourselves to accomplish these goals? If we do not have someone to hold us to the fire of a deadline, we will drift from our end result.
My Sunday afternoon is the time I like to gather up and plan out all my ideas for the week. I love to dream with God. He gives me so much inspiration on Sunday morning while I am at Church talking to His people. Listening to all the stories of how He is at work, healing, leading and giving them provision. Most of the time, people are unaware of His nature. The Life Coach in me helps point them to see a new dimension of Him. God lets me know how to challenge them. How to pray into their struggles and help their families walk in freedom. The teacher in me loves to learn and when I learn, I teach.
Even a Coach needs a Coach. Entrepreneurs are quite innovative. We are always working on developing ourselves. Personal growth, healthy habits, leadership development and character building are high on our list. Life Coaches push ideas forward. To think about all the ways of creating a solution to a problem can be a skill. That’s how important having a Life Coach is.
A Life Coach values accomplishment in many areas. Problems are only challenges to see how many ways we can help uncover a solution by thought leadership. It’s quite rewarding to empower people to think differently and overcome something they never would have on their own if they didn’t have a Life Coach to challenge their mindset. Everyone needs to be challenged in order to grow and mature in Christ. That’s the value of a Life Coach.
